Q: Do you offer tracked shipping?
A: Right now I only do regular envelope mailing, which means no tracking number.

Q: How long does it take to ship to me?
A: Within the U.S - less than 1 week ; International - 2~4 weeks. (Please note that the shipping speed could be affected by the COVID situation, and thank you for your patience.)

Q: When do you list new pop-up art/ sticker products? 
A: I make bullet journal every month and based on the theme I pick I will create related pop-up template and stickers.
